Is faux leather boots good enough compared to leather boots?

hello. i just bought a pair of book without realizing that the material was made by faux leather. It wan%26#039;t cheap; that is why i assumed it is defenitely made out of leather. I don%26#039;t know much about boots...I would appreciate if you can tell me

I think you might have to be a little more careful with the faux leather, it my not hold up as well under harsh conditions (scuffing, catching a rough object, ect). I had one pair of faux leather and the vinyl started peeling from age %26amp; poor storage. For regular wearing and stored properly in your closet and they would probably hold up quite well. The fuax leather can look just as good as the real leather and feel great too. I have one pair of leather like boots that look fantastic and feel so great to wear. Very comfy even with the high heel. They just sort of mold to your foot and leg. Very nice. I think I still prefer real leather best but some of faux leather ones, they%26#039;re pretty nice!

Reply:Faux leather is plastic that made from petroleum products and will end up in a landfill site or dumped in the ocean.


Real leather can be composted back into the soil..


Plastic will stand up to water better, leather will last longer, look and feel better over time
Reply:if its real fur on the boots then i would definitely not go for the fur boots but maybe some that do not have animal fur but fake fur boots maybe at payless or something??? i just wouldn%26#039;t kill such a innocent animal but thats my opinoin do what u think is right!!
